Appropriate for a summer event, bright colors were invading the Billboard Music Awards 2021 as shown by celebrities like Nick Jonas and Alicia Keys who each hosted and attended the annual music celebration. Nick was seen donning colorful looks from FENDI and BERLUTI, while Alicia Keys attended the event wearing a custom Valentino Haute Couture especially designed by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli.

On the red carpet, the American pop star who married actress Priyanka Chopra in 2018 chooses a green look from FENDI Men’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection. The look was a sophisticated one, as it featured a green corduroy blouson, layered on a silk shirt, worn with corduroy trousers and FENDI Force boots from FENDI Men’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection. Later on, Nick was spotted wearing another colorful look, this time from BERLUTI.  The gradient pants, jacket, and shirt pairing were from the brand’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection by Kris Van Assche.

Meanwhile, Alicia Keys brought drama to the red carpet in a custom Valentino Haute Couture number. The look, in a total shiny pink shade, was a combo of pants, cropped bra top, and an accompanying extravagant off-the-shoulder coat with equally dramatic sleeves. Truly something to wear on a huge musical event like the Billboard Music Awards.

As America is somewhat living in a much better state (some of the musical and awarding events already brought in live audiences), but not yet Pandemic-free, as is the rest of the world, we can expect the return of more red carpet photos. More stylish looks, smiling faces that give us hope that better days are coming – Amen.
